Amber Housing are Project Managing an extensive programme of refurbishment work at St Audrey’s – Care Home, on the Hatfield Estate.
The work starts with refurbishment of the lifts this summer and then a further programme of much needed upgrades run on until Christmas 2016.
The Amber Team have worked extensively with Martyn Browne, Manager of St Audrey’s to ensure the impact of any works is minimised for residents who will remain in residency for the whole programme.
Emelda Livette, Chief Operating Officer for Amber Housing said:
‘Creating and developing a Project Management plan and programme of refurbishment, whilst residents are in-situ will always be challenging. However with the support of the team at St Audrey’s we believe we have got the balance right, between making much needed repairs and upgrades whilst being sensitive to the needs and concerns of residents.’
